A new build Cotswold Stone Farmhouse featuring a handcrafted stone staircase, wine cellar, stunning bathrooms, handmade kitchen and Loxone home automation system. Kingsmen undertook the demolition of the original house and working in collaboration with the client, their architect and interior design team constructed and fitted out the new property, creating a bespoke and stunning new home. Works completed also included external landscaping with HaHa around the house and garden and an additional stone outbuilding, housing a garage and office.

Featuring a glass balcony overlooking the stone terrace and lawn area and french feature doors to both floors.
Feature Staircase
The beautiful bespoke staircase and balustrades rise over the entrance to the wine cellar that is set in to the marble floor.
Front of House
The Costwold stone and sash windows sit beautifully in the traditional front elevation of the house creating a impressive façade.
