Full refurbishment and remodelling of an early 1900's country house including multiple extensions. Featuring balconies, renewable technologies and a fully glazed rear living space which opens directly onto level terracing. The design remit was to modernise the house completely, yet retain the integrity of the building along with it's more important original features. The contract also included a detached, masonry built, triple garage with extensive accommodation over, which Kingsmen redesigned, supplied and constructed in an oak frame with timber cladding to meet client requirements.
